SHOW WEEK OCTOBER 24TH–30TH 2021
You will need to be available for:
24/10 band call
25/10, 26/10 tech and dress runs in the evenings
27/10 possible extra show or rehearsal (evening)
28/10 Concert for the church, midday
28/10 matinee 3pm
28/10 show 7:30pm
29/10 show 7:30pm
30/10 matinee show 2:30pm and evening show 7:30pm
We need everyone to be as flexible as possible, as it will be a short rehearsal period due to covid restrictions lifting (hopefully) in June.
Thursday evenings 10/06 – 22/07, 7pm–10pm
Wednesday evenings 28/07 – show week, 7pm–10pm
(extra Thursdays possibly 09/09 to show week)
Some Saturday afternoons for children’s rehearsals, 2pm–4pm
All rehearsals will take place at All Saints Church.
Not all cast will be needed for all rehearsals, or for the whole length of each rehearsal.
First round for lead/solo roles is by self-tape, self tape for ensemble is optional (how much do you want to impress? ☺️)
Second round/ensemble in person 13/05, 20/05, 27/05
Due to the short time-scale we are looking for committed performers who will be off book asap, and will be willing to rehearse at home using any videos etc we add to our website secure page.
All cast members will need to join our social media Oliver groups for updates.
Downloads - For involved performers only!
Involved Performers will be given a password to unlock scripts, audition details and musical sheets.
